"The Bonfire has been in business for 45 years with the same owners at its helm. I suggest that's longer than most couples are married.  Imagine what that symbolizes in today's world where restaurants open and close on a dime.  Better yet, consider that even after 45 years the Bonfire is still one of the most popular and busy dining spots around.

When Lou Diamond and Al Bellias thought about opening a restaurant those many years ago, they must have lit a "fire" somewhere as they judiciously named their place "Bonfire".   It was "hot" then and it's "hot" today.  There's always a bit of "history" when a restaurant succeeds.  The men opened their business and then married sisters who took to the business like food to the palate.

These days, you'll probably find their children working at the place.  This is a family who delights in working together and being together.  It's a family that is as "closeasthis".  This loving and caring is displayed throughout at the Bonfire.

And the chefs have been around almost as long as "family", Alberto, Edgar and Frank together account for 104 years.  Now, that's going some!

I think it's easy to understand why the Bonfire is a favorite with people from all over the state and why it's a place where you are never disappointed with the food, the service or the atmosphere. Bonfire has gained its fine reputation throughout the years with the dining public from every level.  And customers are never rushed, never made to feel they are overstaying their time.  The Bonfire gives you a breather by offering a congenial climate for comfortable and notable dining away from the workplace.  It's accurate to say the Bonfire is "homey and grand" simultaneously."
